Rachel slipped into the bath with a sigh smiling as she picked up her cellphone and dailed her number. She remembered the last call here fondly, surprised she didn't catch the undertones sooner. It was all so obvious!

Like before, Jenny jumped clear out of her skin as the phone rang. She jumped so high, in fact, that it propelled her off the couch and she landed on the floor next to the receiver. "Nng..." She groaned, rolling over and grabbing the annoying object, answering the call with a groggy "Hullo?"

"Sorry. I... ah... I couldn't wait to call." she said, the phone between ear and shoulers as she washed her legs. "So.... uhm. I was wondering if you'd like to go out on the town tommorrow? Unless you have some studying to do..." she smiled as ther leg slipped noisily back into the water and she started on the other one.

A shiver ran up Jenny's spine as she heard the water. She smirked slightly. "You tease." She said, then responded to the question. "I'm not busy tomorrow afternoon and beyond... During the day I have to run errands and stuff, but yeah, after that would be fine."

"Mmmmkay." she said quietly. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to tease. You know how I look, right?" she asked, smiling, giggling. "I'll come by around.... six, is that okay? Should you be ready by then?"

"Yeah, I'll be ready." Jenny said, smiling to herself. It was the first time she'd been so excited in an amazingly long time. One of the most popular girls at school liked her. Liked her and was open about it. Liked her and was open about it and was picking her up the next day for a date. Wow.

"Wear whatever you like, or as little as you like." she said with a grin. "Surprise me!" she giggled and hung up, taking her time to bathe properly this time.
