Welcome to the force, guys. I'm already aware that you guys already have extensive knowledge as to how these forums work, but in my eyes, you gotta show me that you have the focus, the drive and the mentailty of a moderator. You gotta show me as to just HOW you plan on moderating a thread should it be considered in the wrong place, considered spam, vulgar, hateful and otherwise just junk as according to the rules that have been laid out for us as mods.

You gotta show me that you have earned your spot in this area. Don't take this lightly, ladies and gentlemen. Now bare with me when I say that I have been put to the test on here once, and I came out with some scars. But I have surpassed all expectations.

This is a great day for you all. But for now, relish the fact that you have been trusted by ' i z a to safeguard the standards that have been laid bare before you.
