"It matters not to me, Madam. I would have also enjoyed greeting you as well, but I believed the circumstances were not in our favor at that given time." Damien answered with an understanding nod and a smile. "And yes, I slept rather well." He added, nodding a second time with the same smile on his face as he spoke.
"At any rate, you should probably rest after something so taxing." Damien then spoke once more, walking over to the bed and reaching for the blanket and pulled it up to her waist then patted her stomach gently. "Rest, my dear. I'll speak with you later."
