Craig had plans to complete now, and they would not be hard since she had apparently gone to bed.. and he would make sure that Haley would be kept quite.. if it had to be by force. Seth had pushed it to far today by hitting him the way he did.. and it was time for some retribution and payback.. although those two words were not exactly what was happening.. they were the only thing that could describe his thoughts..

They drove him like a motive his body had easy immobilized her so that she would struggle underneath him yet would not be able to move, he knew at first she probably thought that he was Seth, which had been an advantage yet now she seemed to be panicking and trying to get him away from her, although because of her strength versing his brute muscles.. well there was little she could do.

His hands began to forcefully began to undress her, his intentions by now were obvious.. "I plan to have payback on your brother... and this I knew would be the best way.." Many people thought Craig was a twisted soul... and they could not be any more accurate. His mind thought in different ways to anyone else.. and lots more things were acceptable if it was him dishing everything out... for example what was going on right now to him was appropriate and was not wrong in any matter... to him anyhow.

Seth had a bad feeling surge through his stomach, he began to push through the people before heading towards Haley's room. Something did not seem right.. and he just felt that she was being abused by someone.. and felt that it could possibly be Craig.. yet he had been kicked out.. if he had returned.. well Seth would let him know what for.. especially if he started to do anything by force like his methods always were like.

Haley winced as the straps of her dress moved down her shoulders. The sounds of ripping of fabric penetrated her ears, indicating just how real everything was. Air rushed at her body each time he revealed another inch of skin, lapping at her and sending tremors throughout her entirety. She continued to push and groan against his weight, hoping she could either miraculously throw him off or wiggle out from beneath him.

By now, Haley had almost completely forgotten the event from earlier. This was revenge for her brother protecting her? "No no no no no no no!" She mouthed repeatedly, hoping that small word would have a big enough impact on him to get him to stop. Eyes darted around the room to a clock on the wall which, thankfully, had glow-in-the-dark numbers. The hour was heading toward midnight, which meant, hopefully, that people would start to leave soon. If the noise died down maybe someone would hear her screaming for her life.

Images of Seth flashed before her eyes. Hadn't he said he would join her on the dance floor? Perhaps he would notice she was missing and, being as protective as he is, would come looking for her. With that small thread of hope serving as the only inspiration she had, Haley took in a deep breath. Opening her mouth widely, she emit a blood-curdling scream that would, at the very least, hurt Craig's ears. Maybe it would distract him long enough for her to get free.

Seth continued to look around starting to get a little worried that he could not see his sister, only a moment ago he said he would meet her on the dance floor once the cake was eaten.. yet she was no were to see and when he asked about her no one in the room seemed to know were she was. The party was still rather heavy and the noise rather loud, yet he was starting to get a little paranoid that something was happening... something that had to be stopped as it was not a good thing.. something was causing the hairs on the back of neck to stand up, and shivers were being sent down his spine with every passing second that he did not know was going on. What if Craig returned... and no one noticed.. would he overstep the boundaries and do something to my sister.. I must find her

Craig continued to reveal more skin, their was nothing that was going to stop him and their was no way she would be able to remove him.. Only one thing could stop this and the chances of her brother entering her room and seeing this event.. well they were low and he would take his chances. "Yes Haley Yes..." It was his only response to her repetitive words that left her mouth as of that moment, showing that she was having no effect on him. His own eyes looked at the clock as he felt her mouth move a little under his hand, yet the noise that left her mouth he had not been prepared for, it had blasted his ears, both hands going to his ears before his hands slammed down on her mouth again... Hopefully the party was loud enough or someone would discover what was going on.. as probably someone had heard that scream.. yet he was not prepared for her brother to be that someone.

Slowly Seth walked up the stairs before moving a little quicker hearing a muffled scream that seemed to get louder... it was definitely his sisters pitch and he moved quickly hoping he would be on time, once hearing it stop he crept up the door before looking through the key hole. Once seeing Craig he opened it quickly making sure his apparent friend did not have time to react before grabbing him and throwing to the wall before starting to slam punches into him "...So.. here I am walking up the stairs to check on my sister.. and then I find you.. fucking trying to rape her.. and from the looks of it nothing was going to stop you.. but you were not prepared for me were.."

That sentence was cut off short as a fist collided with his face sending Seth into the bed before another fist came at him, it was partially blocked yet he still took most of the impact before his leg came up and slammed into him winding him and knocking him to the ground. Craig was down and Seth's lip had been split his nose bleeding.. His friend had got a few good hits in.. but a good kick would take down even the strongest of people. "..are..are you ok Haley.." People rushed through the doors like a flood after hearing loud noises of Craig and Seth having a small fight, after seeing the state his sister was in, and then what Seth had done one person picked up the knocked out scum before starting to get everyone out "Ok.. parties over guys.. lets leave Seth alone now.. "

It seemed everyone listened to what that guy had to say before starting to pile out the door and onto the street Craig now taken with them to be dumped in some alleyway probably three blocks down..

In the brief moment that his hands flew to her ears, Haley thought it was her chance to escape. Both hands flew to the sides of the bed, gripping it tightly to use as leverage for wiggling beneath his weight. However, victory was trumped when his hands came crashing back to her mouth. Hope was far too bleak, but when the door flew open, light shining in like a saving grace, she muttered out a plea of help against his mouth.

Her brother rushed in like a white knight without his fiery steed, pulling Craig away from her. She gasped when he retaliated, throwing several punches at Seth. She wanted desperately to help him, but there was little she could do. As people flowed in to watch the fight, Haley intentionally tumbled off the bed. She reached for her pillow, placing it over her front to cover her body.

Eyes closed, unable to watch any more of the brawl. Knees pulled inwardly to her chest as she placed her head down on them. She rocked slightly, silently wishing it would all just end. Someone announced the party was over, which she hoped was not just a figment of her imagination. She heard the shuffling of feet and how empty the room started to feel.

Haley continued to remain silent for a long time, ten minutes. . . possibly fifteen. She did not answer her brother's question about her well-being because she could not find her voice. When she was certain they were alone, Haley started to cry. "I ruined your party." She whispered, hugging herself. "I'm sorry." Arms outstretched to him, wanting for him to come embrace her.

Seth was not a huge fan of fighting, yet family meant a lot to him.. and when Craig started swinging.. he could not help but retaliate, Partially out of anger.. mostly out of protection.. It all seemed to happen so fast before Craig was on the floor and getting dragged out of the room. His party was over and a partial disaster.. yet he hoped his sister did not feel it was her fault... That would be what Craig would have wanted her to think.. Hearing her lack of voice he went quite after five minutes of trying to get some response...

Physically she looked alright yet Haley looked a little shaken, that and rather guilty which Seth was hoping that was not the case. His eyes looked at her waiting for her voice to break the silence that existed, she stayed quite for about twenty minutes, that time was slow and seemed longer then it was before his eyes looked back up at her hearing her voice, it pierced the silence of the house, not a single soul except the two of them were now in the house.. the music was not existent anymore, and it felt deserted and ended.

His head instantly shook out of instincts, it was not her fault about what had happened "Not at all.." Hearing her say sorry his eyes looked at her before seeing the outstretched arms. Upon seeing those, he moved up closer before his own arms slipped around Haley. Seth gently comforted her before looking deeply into her eyes "I appreciate you saying sorry.. But it is not needed.. You are not the cause of this.. Craig is," He paused before continuing to hold "If anything you made this party.." A pause occurred as he looked at her "I should be thanking you... and saying sorry at the same time.."

"I know what Craig is like.. yet I did not even think about checking up on you.. and if it was not for that scream.. I probably never would have been able to stop him.." A sigh escaped him as Seth rested against her "In a way. I am kind of glad the party is over.. all I really wanted this year.. was to spend some time with you Sis...yet never got time to voice such a thing.."

Haley's hands reached for his face, fingertips rubbing at his cheeks as she examined him to make sure the brief scuffle had not injured him. The pads of her digits brushed against his temples soothingly. She leaned her face toward him, soft lips placing tender kisses along his jawlines in a loving manner. Hands slid down his neck to his shoulders, caressing him as they trailed to his hands. Taking them in her small grasp, she lifted them to her eyesight. Turning them palms up and then to the back of his hand, she searched for any cuts. Seeing that he was in one piece, she placed both of his hands on her sides so that she would feel like he was holding her.

Her head fell onto his chest, ear pressed against his ribcage to hear his heart beating. It was a comfort to her, the steady beating. She kept the pillow wedged between them, not wanting him to see how much her dress had been ripped. She could feel that some of her supple flesh had been revealed, though he hadn't had the chance to tatter her undergarments. His voice was calming, though she wasn't particularly fond of the subject. When he mentioned the possibility of the other boy not stopping in his actions, Haley's body shuddered. An emotion was triggered and her soft sobs could be heard. Her fingers gripped his shirt, twisting it and tugging it away from his skin as a means of holding onto him.

She tried to stifle her crying, listening to his comforting words. Eyes peeled up to him, nodding. "I just wanted to spend time with you, too, Seth. But I didn't want to impose." She tried to give him her best smile, hand leaving his shirt to wipe away her tears.

Seth had taken a few nicks and small wounds from the fight, Craig's main good punch had been delivered rather well, his lip still split, his nose at least not bleeding still. Their were bruises that would show up later, but for now.. he looked like he had got out of this one rather well. Craig on the other hand did not last long the decent kick taking him down which he was hoping would be the case, when he felt his temples being massaged a small sigh escaped him as his body started to relax finally after the conflict. Feeling his hand moving he let her do such a thing, her soft lips were like therapy, as they placed caring kisses.

He knew that part of her clothes had been ripped which was why she was obviously had a pillow wedged between the two of them. After saying that if she had not screamed that he probably would not have got to stop Craig he sighed knowing that the wrong thing had been said... To make up for such a thing he slipped his arms around her holding her gently hoping that his next words would calm her down a little. "You would never be imposing Haley.." Seth was glad that she was okay, and that he was okay as well. Although next year he was going to be changing his friends for the better. His eyes looked at his sister before he lent his head on top of her.

"Well the only thing that matters to me at the moment , is that your okay... I was worried their that Craig.. had hurt you.. and I would not have been able to forgive myself for not protecting you like a suitable brother should.."

She did not want to continue the conversation, nor did she want her brother to ever mention the other's name in her presence again. She pulled her face to his, eyes concentration on his features once more to see if there were any wounds she had missed on her first examination. She noted the darker coloring clotted beneath his nostrils, ashamed she had missed the dried blood the first time. There was a spot on his lips, too, that was a shade darker than the others.

Slowly, she peeled her body from his. The pillow fell into his lap ad she pulled herself to her trembling legs. Without uttering a word, she held up her index finger as a gesture for him to wait for her while she vanished from her bedroom. She crept down the hallway to enter the bathroom, her feet careful to not make a sound as though she would be disturbing someone in the empty house. Upon flipping on the light, she reached beneath the cabinet to retrieve a washcloth. The faucet was turned on, letting water splash over the cloth. She soaked it before giving it a quick wring. Turning off the faucet and light, she meandered back to her room.

She still did not speak as she came to his side. Kneeling in front of him, she dabbed at his swelling lip to wipe away the blood. "There there, brother." She whispered, moving the cloth up to hold at his nose. Fingers pinched the bridge of his nose as a precaution to stop any further bleeding. When his face was clean, she laid the damp cloth over the metal handle of her nightstand.

The lights from the hallway illuminated her figure, showing the damages of her dress. One strap was completely ripped while the other barely clung to the fabric. The white lace beneath it was clearly visible, her modest breasts snuggled beneath it. There was a rip up her thigh, revealing the bottoms of her pink panties. She felt even more indecent in the tattered rags than she would without them so her hands moved to unzip it.

When the dress was a heap on the floor, she balled it up and tossed it in the wastebasket. It had been one of her favorites, but she didn't want any more reminders of the night. Pulling back the covers on the bed, she crawled into them. Hand patted the mattress beside her, indicating that he should join her.

Seth could tell that Craig was now a name that would not be mentioned between them, especially after what had happened now. Seeing her look over him again he felt a smile cross his face, it was obvious she had noticed the split lip and dried blood from his nose. He had a lot worse fights before. But he had the advantage of surprise... yet now that it was over, he did not want to talk about the fight anymore, and would probably not mention it again..

Some of his actual friends would probably but it would be a case of just telling them, that their is nothing to speak about regarding such matters. Seeing her take herself from him the pillow stayed with him, and what was left of what once was her favorite dress seemed to be just a bit ripped here and there. He sat patiently waiting before seeing her return with a washcloth which made him smile a little, at least he would be cleaned up. And such a thing made him smile as it would rid of what happened, partially.

Feeling the contact of the cloth a slight pain shot through his lip and nose, but it was nothing unbearable. It hurt less then the contact from the fist, and considering that did not really hurt, it only lightly stung and then that was all. His eyes looked at the wash cloth once she seemed finished with what she had done. He had only got a glance of the damage, Craig.. really had tried to do many things.. Seth was feeling good that he had managed to stop his as he watched his sister remove the dress.

Seeing her out of the tattered dress, she actually looked a lot better and Seth got to look at Haley purely the way she looked before she moved over to the bed. Seeing her pat next to her on the bed, at first he hesitated before moving and laying next to her, laying so close to her brought some thoughts to mind as his eyes looked deeply at her. "So is this the end of my birthday.. or do I get your present?" He still had no clue what her present was to him yet he still was looking forward to it, the rest of the birthday being ok until..well his not so good friend ruined it, he had to get out of that habit of using his old apparent best friend's name.. as he was far from a good friend.. who always picked on his sister.

Surrounded by the softness of her bed, she nestled herself beneath her thick blankets. Her body was turned on its side in the middle, giving him just enough room to climb in behind her. She felt the warmth of his body penetrate her skin, Haley scooting back against him. The top of her head rested below his chin, her thick locks tickling at it. She rolled over to face him, her torso pressing into his. Top leg lifted to hook across his, pulling him close to her. In her eyes, these actions were still innocent. She had a deep love for her brother that no one could ever understand. She was nurturing to him and in return, he protected her. Lips pressed a tender kiss to his temple. "What will it be, Seth? If you could have anything, what would it be?" She grinned, lifting her hand to run through his hair. "Or should I just wrap myself in a bow and give you me?" She teased, already forgetting what had happened earlier. And, though, her playful offer hand potential, she trusted him. To him, she would give herself freely and not worry about him taking her virtue from her as his "friend" had tried to do. No, Seth would never even attempt to harm her.

Although he had little room to actually lay down, he moved as close as possible the warmth from her body close to his almost eradicating the need for a blanket even though their was one. When he felt Haley move even closer again him a soft sigh escaped him, something about being this close slightly aroused him even if they were brother and sister. His blue eyes gazed at her waiting to hear the surprise that he had waited for. After a little bit of silence and looks that he was getting from his sister Seth realized that their seemed to not be such a present yet the party was really enough for him, anything more was truly a bonus.

Hearing her response a smile crossed his face, it was such a sweet offer, upon hearing it his mind began to think of exactly what it had wanted. A few times he thought of his sister yet decided not to say such a thing but instead kept trying to think of a decent thing she could give him that would be the best present anyone could give.. after all that was what Haley was good at, Seth so far had received three gifts from her that he had wanted so badly and this... well it was to hard to think of something.

Feeling her roll over and face him directly, the same thoughts returned, at this rate he would just say it and hoped that his sister would not be scared away from him. For brother and sister they were so close, and this was proving it so far. Feeling her lips against his temple a soft moan escaped him, it was very gentle and quiet yet heard by the pair of them. Hearing what she had to say a smirk crossed his face before his voice answered softly. "That is exactly what I want... His blue eyes gaze into the depths of hers seeing the same color return before speaking "I love you Haley and for my birthday want to show that... and feel the love you have for me in return..."

She smiled as the soft sound escaped his lips. Her left hand trailed down his arm to his sides, fingertips grazing over every inch. Hand delved beneath his shirt, her delicate flesh smoothing over his bare skin. Her palm flattened against his back, moving in small circles to massage him. "I do love you, Seth. I have always tried to show you how much I care." She whispered, her lips coming to press against the tip of his nose. Tender, fleeting kisses graced his face, smoothing over nearly ever inch.

Her gaze stayed locked on his, wanting him to see every emotion behind them. The leg draped across his hips tightened, pulling her close enough that an outside would think their two bodies had melded into one. The other hand moved to the front of his shirt, fingers disappearing beneath the hem. She dragged her nails lightly up his stomach, raising his shirt with it. If he wanted it removed, he would have to finish that himself as their positions didn't allow her to extract it from his body.

While others may perceive this as being unnatural, she did not. It was an expression of love between two people, or so she had been taught. So, that's what she was doing: expressing her deep love for her brother. Her mouth moved downward, caressing over his neck and collarbone. She paused, looking up at him to see if he approved of her actions.

Feeling her leg pull him in tighter he moved even closer, the two of them almost seemed melded together. Seeing as he could only remove it himself to finish the job Seth did such a thing, the shirt now thrown to the side against the wall. Her hand continued a journey downward, fingers coming to a halt at the waistline of his jeans. Thumb worked to unbutton them before her fingers looped to pull down the zipper.

Haley's eyes returned to his gaze. "Tell me of the things you want to do to this body, Seth." Her tone retained its hushed volume. "Tell me what you want this body to do to yours." Chin tilted up, lips seeking to press against his in the slowest, softest kiss.

Small little sighs escaped him as her hands seem to explore all of his chest, every little inch making sure to cover it all with her hands as they feel his toned body.
