Raven's Signatures

Ok people everyone has seen this in either darker or in gaia (mainly gaia) I am offering my minuet talent with photoshop 7, because it's the only one I have. and make siggy's for people who wish them. When I make signatures I normally do them right when I see the request. I am not great at it but I can do things to make wonderful signatures. Below will be the form to fill out along with samples.

you will have to host these yourself so have an e-mail or instant messenger ready to where I can transfer them to you. if I am to host them then they will have to be clean images due to the fact I can't find a more adult place to host these from. I use photobucket and everyone knows their damned pg-13 rules

Colors: (3 only)
Text: (what you want it to say)
Images: 3 (I will not go looking I have a few that I use but will not search for more. so have them ready)
looks: Where you want everything placed.
