I'm pretty sure that I'm not the only one who listens to music when they're roleplaying. I just wanted to know what artists/genres you listen to during certain scenes.

Personally when I'm roleplaying violence I listen to hard rock and metal and gangsta rap. For more intamacy (Love scenes absent of sex) I listen to R&B and for sex scenes I usually listen to a variety.

Gotta agree with you there. After all, there's gotta be a driving force behind you as you make your post, something that either adds a more intense element to each and every one. I'd make a list as to what it is I listen to when I'm roleplaying, but I think I'd stretch the page out too far!

But just for the record, I'll keep it simple. For intense action scenes, it's gotta be heavy metal with bands like Chimaira, In Flames, Nightwish, Ozzy, Megadeth, Metallica, Rev Theory, all of that. For something that needs a more dramatic element, then music along the lines like Ozzy (yes, there was some music of his that adds to that), Black Label Society's Beneath The Tree are used as well as a couple of orchestral songs, like Ride of the Valkyries and Hall of the Mountain King. For love/sex scenes, it kinda depends.
