Leila smiled and said "You don't have to,but if you really want to you can, I don't mind either way she said with a smile. "I think just going to rest a little more" she said.

"I'll stay here while you sleep." Adam said as he continued keeping his eyes on Leila.

"Okay" she said with a smile on her face before she closed her eyes abs slowly deiften of to sleep

Once she was asleep, Adam did just what he said he would do: Which was sit right by Leila's side as she slept. After a moment, he slowly stood up and leaned over the bed she was lying in and carefully placed a kiss on Leila's cheek.

"Sleep well, Leila. I'll be here when you wake up." He whispered in her ear softly before returning to the chair and sat back down in it.

Leila did not awaken for another several more hours after she had fallen asleep. But that time it was morning again. She stired a little before her eyes opened. She yawned for a moment and turned to look at him and smiled a little at him. He was still here, it made her happy to see that he had kept his word

During the night, Adam remained where he was up until he finally fell asleep in the chair beside her bed, waking up about several hours later some time about 8:30 that morning, waking up a little after Leila did, first stretching himself out after he stood up, groaning softly when he felt the stiff tendons start popping in his spine.

Leila smiled a little as he woke up. She looked at him and said "Sleep okay?" she asked him.

"My back's a little outta whack, but then again what isn't?" Adam answered, turning to meet Leila's gaze. "How about yourself? Did you sleep OK last night?" He asked, returning to his seat.

Leila smiled and said "Yeah, I slept fine" she said. She looked at him and smiled to her self. The nurse then walked in and smiled at her. "Oh...you look a lot better today" she said checking her charts. She seemed pleased and out them down and said "I'll get you two some breakfast" she said smiling.

"Good. You deserved to rest properly." Adam answered, nodding a few times at her. Glancing over, he then saw the nurse walk in on them, saying that she would bring them some breakfast. Adam only nodded at the nurse before glancing back at Leila and smiled at her.

Leila smiled at him happily. She looked at the roof and said "You hungry?" with a smile.

"Heh. That's an understatement." Adam answered. "I'm so hungry I could eat a horse." He added, looking at Leila and smiled at her with a chuckle.

Leila smiled and chuckled a little to her self with a grin.

Adam didn't know why he heard that chuckle from Leila, but he had to find out. Looking over, Adam asked the ever-perennial question. "What's so funny?" He asked with a smiirk.

Leila looked at him and smiled and said "No reason". The nurse came back with two trays of food. "Here you guys are" she said smiling.
