She smiles and kisses him softly on the cheek. "Hmm, thats a relief to hear." She says softly to him and goes sits back down. She went back to eating and sipping her apple cider.

"Anyways mom, was there anything you wanted to do later tonight? I got the rest of the night off." Jeffrey asked as he eventually finished eating and poured himself a glass of the apple cider. "I was thinking, I dunno, catch a movie or something?" He added, shrugging his shoulders.

She smiles softly and keeps eating her food. "I was thinking of giving myself a spa day but if you want to pop a dvd in then sure." She says to him softly. She slips the her apple cider and goes back to eating her soup.

"No, no." Jeffrey answered with a smile and a shake of his head. "I meant as in - ..."

Before he finished his sentence, the phone began to ring. "Ah, dammit...!" Jeffrey fumed before he got up and went over to the phone and answered it.

"Yeah?" Jeffrey asked.
"Hey, Jeff. This is Brad over at No Frills."

Shit... Just when I got the rest of the day off... Jeffrey thought. "Yeah, what's up?" He then said.

"We were wondering if you can come back in later tonight for closing. If you can do this for us, I promise that you'll have the next day off entirely." Brad said.

"Uh, sure. What time do youse want me in?" Jeffrey asked.

"Come on in at about seven tonight and hang around until closing as I said." Brad answered. "Besides, the supper-seeking crowd is starting to come in." He added.

"Sure thing. I'll see you and the guys at 6:30." Jeffrey said.

"Heh, heh! Early bird catches the worm, eh?" Brad asked with a chuckle. "Jeffrey, I gotta hand it to you. You're a tough kid, but I'm glad to have you around. At this rate, I might consider you for a managerial position here at the supermarket."

Jeffrey smiled softly before he spoke. "Hey, it comes with the territory." He answered with a shrug of his shoulders. "So anyways, 7:00 til close, like you said?" Jeffrey asked.

"You got it. It's 4:30 now, but make sure you get here, OK?" Brad answered.

"Understood, sir." Jeffrey said with a nod of his head. "I'll catch you later."

"Take care, Jeff." Brad answered before he hung up.

After the conversation, Jeffrey hung up the phone with a light but somewhat halfhearted smile. "Well, that was my boss. Apparently, the dinner crowd's starting to come in, so I gotta head back to the market and do another shift for someone." He stated with a shrug of his shoulders. "Oh well. More money in our pockets, eh?" He asked.

She smiles at his words. "Figures. What do you get in return?" She asked him softly as she move towards the sink with her empty bowl and washes it along with the other dishes.

"My boss says that after tonight's shift, he said he'll give me the entire day off in return." Jeffrey answered modestly with a shrug. "And trust me, having some time off would do me a great deal of wonders." He added, looking up at the ceiling for a brief moment as if he had found something. "Besides, I'd finally get to have some time with you, ya know? Because it's been like all go, go, go ever since I took this job a few months back." He concluded, sounding strangely sentimental about what he said.

"But hey, I never complained for one second." Jeffrey said once more, looking up to his mother and smiling at her gently.

She smiles at his words and walks over to him. "Are you done with your soup?" She asked him softly and she softly slips, falls into his lap. Her face in his lap an her knees on the floor. She blushe as she sits up and looks down a bit. "Wow, that hasnt happene since I was pregnant from being clumsy." She says to him softly.

"Yeah, for now." Jeffrey said with a nod and a smile before he felt her face in his lap, getting a loud "ULP!" from him. It was a bit of an awkward landing, for she just about came in contact facefirst into his meat and two veg. That would've been a little painful for him, no doubt if her face was aimed any steeper than it was. But no, his mother's face was only fortunate enough to end up in the pit of his lap and that was that.

For the most part, Jeffrey was silent as he looked at her with an awkward but slightly reddened look on his face. "Um... Yeah..." He said, looking off to the side sheepishly.

"I'm so sorry, Darling. I didnt mean to fall into your lap like that. That part of the floor was slippery." She says to him softly as she gets up and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him into a hug. "Forgive me?" She asked him softly.

"Yeah, yeah." Jeffrey answered with a nod after he received his mother's hug. "It's OK, ma." He added, returning the hug and placed a kiss on her cheek. "We should really consider putting a rug down in this spot of the house so that doesn't happen again." He added, laughing a little.

She smiles softly at his words. "Of course. Will you go get a few throw rugs after work tonight for us?" She asked him softly before baring her face in his neck and slips into his lap. "You remind me of your father sometimes and how longly I am when I'm in my bed." She says to him softly.

At first, Jeffrey was about haul off and tell her how he was NOTHING like his father, but that was cut short the second the rest of her body came down into his lap. There was a major league "what are you doing" look on his face, but he nevertheless went along with it.

"What makes you say that?" He asked, his expression returning to normal after a while.

"You have his eyes. That's what made me fall in love with him." She says to him softly and wraps her arms more around his neck. Her soft breasts pressing up against his chest and her legs against his legs softly.

Now there was something clearly going on when she was pressing her body against his own when she mentioned this. This no doubt felt incredibly wrong, yet at the same time, there was something about this whole situation felt somewhat right. It was sort of like any cartoon character that features an angel on one shoulder, telling him not to go through with this, but the devil on the other shoulder was saying to him, "Go on, you pussy. Enjoy it."

What was he going to do at this point, now that he had his mother up on his lap? His movements were a little sheepish and slow, but eventually, his hands soon found themselves on her sides gently.

"I'm not really like dad," Jeffrey began. "But I suppose you got a point." He added, looking up at her for a moment.

"I am happy I have you here with me, Darling." She says to him softly and pulls away from his shoulder. "I guess I should go shower or take a lovely candle light bath." She says to him softly. "I would indeed like to spend time with you." She says to him softly.
